I got burned by taking Under in Angels game last night, but I don't think Eovaldi matches up as well as Alvarez for Miami.
I see this as a 4-2 type game. Santiago has been involved in a lot of low-scoring games in his last 6-7 starts.

Maybe Over TT for Nats is better?
