Nuno has the bullpen to thank for most of them. He's not that bad.

You forgot the most important part
Spin: Cashner gave up three runs on four hits and a walk while fanning four over five innings in his final rehab start for Triple-A El Paso on Monday. The training staff has cleared the right-hander to oppose Vidal Nuno on Saturday in what will be his first big league start since June 18.
From ESPN. If you take that into account, and the fact that Nuno's overall numbers are not all that bad, Padres do not have an edge in this game when it comes to pitching. I'll take Arizona at plus money.

Nuno looked damn good against the Nationals last week, watched the whole game. The issue is the Dbacks offense and bullpen, not Nuno's ability
