I tend to agree with you Mag to me in Baseball the magical innings are the 6th through the 8th when the pitcher wears out. All it takes is one bad pitch but Lester is pitching and he was just traded and he is trying to make a statement.

Given the way Lester has pitched so far in an A's uniform. Shouldnt this price be higher?

A's wRC+ since the Cespedes trade is 78. That's a league low and 30 points lower than their season average. Price probably is right with A's recent offensive struggles and Royals' "momentum."

BUT, A's BABIP is .249 in August so possibly some bad luck.

U 7.5 is probably a good play if A's bats stay cold and both pitching staffs continue to do well. But who knows, A's just might score 6 runs again in the top of the 9th.
