A box is when you have one strong play which you bet straight and then mix it up with your second strong play usually a dog in baseball and you parlay it (BOX)
I think more of an East Coast thing
Proper way of calling it in
$100 Box LA Dodgers with SF
The bookmaker then knows risking $100 on Dodgers and then 1/2 that $50 parlay with SF
