    LA and SF Over?
Hello all, I was checking out the late game tonight and and a bit surprised at the o/u at 7. I am really leaning toward the over as Peavy has been crap this year with an elevated ERA. Ryu has been great this year, but believe he will give up at least 3 runs as he doe not pitch as well during night national televised games. I want to unload on the over 7, but wanted to hear opinions from the board. Thanks to all for your opinion.

I actually think the under is the play. Evening game in san fran. Peavy isn't horrible. Don't forget he is coming from facing the AL to now the NL in a pitchers park. Ryu is solid on the road with his lone poor outing coming at Detroit. Giants are also trying not to get swept. I think the play here is u7. 3-2 ballgame and that's coming from a dodger season ticket holder

        BOL whatever play you make

Under... Or SF ML... Peavy does well in the NL plus he wants to impress his new manager. I think he was in a bad situation in boston

Peavy has been a Dodger killer his whole career.
SF traded for him for that purpose, to beat the Dodger, LAD has trouble hitting him.
            Be careful with the over.

At first I liked the over too, but Peavy is actually decent vs LAD, 14-2 with a 2.21 era.

              I ended up taking SF -1.5 +240.

Peavy IS horrible. I guess Im not watching the same games this year. Has anyone seen how awful he has been this year or am I just blind?

Hes been kind of a mix. Hes had some good games and some real bad games. Not very many in the middle. Historically he owns LAD. I think history will repeat itself here tonight.

I like the Under...probably not betting, but this was my 3rd best Under for today and the first 2 hit.

Granted he has only pitched 9 innings against the dodgers over the last 3 years, Peavy has only let held them to a .103 batting average. For whatever that's worth

Uhmmm when last has peavy seen this dodgers lineup? Never. Hasn't even pitched vs the dodgers since 09, so that last statement is irrelevant, really.

Peavy ' s numbers vs Dodgers hitters pretty favorable.
Peavy is an Under pitcher too this year for whatever reason

Guess you forgot about that 9inning complete game he pitched vs them last year.
