Runner of third less than two outs

I am amazed how time and time again major league hitters cannot get the runner on third in. Major leaguers payed millions of dollars that can't just put the ball in play. Happens almost every game. Not about overs or one particular game, just see it too much IMO.

I'm a big Cincinnati fan, and I believe that they are the worst in baseball at this.
