Bad Starting Pitchers Tonight

If you look at the records for starters tonight it's very unimpressive (excluding Wainwright, Porcello & Kazmir ).

Not really excited on wagering on too many games tonight. How do you all cap games when there are so many poor pitchers going and many of them with very few starts under their belt? I'm thinking betting on totals tonight if anything would be the way to go
