Two all star break angles to consider.?
Summer is the time that managers like to give their players a rest on Sunday. No Sunday is more prevalent than the Sunday before the All Star break. For the players are able to rest on Sun,Mon. Tues., Wed., and Thrs. I remember Tony La Russa use to be notorious for resting many players on this day. So keep and eye out for unders and if you like the match-up you can often save 1/2 a run and/or juice by betting the night before. However there are 3 instances where I will not look at unders......#1) When the roof is open in Toronto( no other roof opening makes as much a difference)...#2) When there is a day game at Chavez, the ball does carry much better vs. night games....#3) When it is hot and Humid and CWS are home,we all know how this type of weather effects the ball...but it is unmatched on the south side.

The 2nd angle is that the 1st game after the break I will not bet a road team. It's the home side or pass. For example: SEA. is playing at Boston. These guys are on vacation all over some in Fld. some in London ect. They are not going to travel from there to Sea. for the team flight to Boston. No they will all meet up at Fenway and at all diff. times. As a result they miss team batting and fielding practice. We are all creatures of habit/routine and once this is taken away they may have an "off" day. So by missing the pregame routine I feel that on this day the home team does have an edge.....Agree or not that is OK...just wanted to share this with the forum...............good luck to all.
