this is a headscratcher


Sure the padres just got no hit but before that they knocked 6 and 7 runs against SF. They are also facing mccarthy, who has been just terrible.

Tyson Ross, great at home, sure, but last outing vs the dbacks he struggled.


over 6.5 seems like the easy bet but what am I missing here? you usually get 6.5 with two studs going at it but not when two average pitchers are facing off

I have never seen the books get owned for such an extended period of time the way they have with Brandon McCarthy this year. It's almost the equivalent of a point-shaving scandal by now.
