I have turned in all that is required and filled out the registration form. SBR said it would be 2-4 business days until everything was finalized. It's been 8 days and nothing. They won't even respond to my emails.

I think you can purchase stuff withn them. Click on betpoints and I believe it explains it, I think.

I bet if I mention another sites name, they'll pay attention to me. They'll ban me within an hour, but ignore everything else.

i have sent 3 msgs, when i was reminded it was expiring and still waiting on the answers nearly 2 months later. is it worth it for Americans, cuz you can only use the betpoints for merchandise, not freeplays and for Canadians, they dont get option of merchandise but just freeplays. and i pretty much signed upon all the sites already. So i am fresh out of luck. no option to donate and go pro even, or even use the points to go pro... used to enjoy the betpoints to get freeplays. but that is no longer happening. all a mirage

Youre still not Pro? Did you ever make a $100 donation?

Once you go Pro, you are granted access to the SBR store to purchase items. However, only 3000 points will carry over from non-pro status to Pro. Anything in excess of 3k will be lost. Pro has tons of benefits. Trivia, contests, double daily points, Etc...
