I don't in MLB either. But I noticed when I do in the first game of a series, it is usually just as many until series is over (i.e., tue-wed, fri-sat-sun). Not exact obviously but usually close.

I don't trust Gibson, he is not as good as his ERA. He has a very low strikeout rate, a rather high walk rate and he has benefited from a .266 BABIP.
