This has to be a joke! World Cup for soccer is the biggest sporting event in the world, much bigger than the Superbowl. There were maybe 10,000 to 15,000 fans at the Puerto Rico/Venezuela game last night from what I saw on tv. US games drew even smaller crowds, most people don't care about the WBC.

WBC and Soccer World Cup don't belong in same stratosphere. The latter is the most popular sporting event in the world. The former is in its infancy and is not even that popular among Americans.
