Thanks Rollin, I took a hit when the public went 11-3 last monday but this week public has been losing left and right. Look at the cubs game! Missed getting that in because of morning workout
only game I may play today on the bases as of now is the White Sox +. Nothing really fits my models right now.
That is the best time to make $...the books know that people are going to be betting more on the name of the team and last years success and we see some sharp RLM. I always favor with the side of the books, especially when the public is on one side and that RLM is there. The books know much much more than we do, follow them and it will make $. That has been my approach for about a year now, took me some horrible seasons to figure that out and as you can see in baseball with +37 units, its paying offComment -

Not really positive how RL works or how to identify it.
Doesn't seem to work with totals from what I've seen.
Yesterday the line got better in the Baltimore game (for Under) and yet it saw a total of 4 runs.Comment -
It really sounds that easy and is. I have been following the line movement vs the public betting. The public loses a lot more than it wins. Picking those winners when the line moves and sticking to the models is the toughest part. Being able to stay away from a bet and make no play is the hardest and not to overextend. There was a RLM on the cubs this am and look how that game is going. I really like RLM of home teams when the public is 60% or more on the road team. Love my home teams in that situation.
With totals, it is much harder. I try to stay away from the public side on totals, especially when its in the 80%, but they are harder to read RLM. I have been keeping an eye on games where lets say the line opens up at 7.5 with the juice and or public on the over, yet the line drops half a run, then playing the under. Those have been pretty successful but just tracking them as of now since sides are pretty hot. Mitch and Ali are really hot and they factor in the ump, so when my totals match up with theirs, I know they are golden
