This total seems awfully high considering how the cards struggle with lefties and today they get the crafty veteran in Buehrle. I actually expect Miller to pitch well today, keeping his team in this game, as long as he keeps his free passes to a minimum. I see a 5-3 type of game.
Philadelphia Phillies/Cincinnati Reds under 8
We all know how good Simon can be but he does suffer from a lack of run support. Hernandez has pitched very well in years past versus the Reds. Both of these teams can really struggle at the plate and today should be no different.
Tampa Bay Rays -1.5 (+140)
Seattle has been downright awful at the Trop and this afternoon they will face Cobb who been excellent during the day. Elias threw a complete game versus the tigers which is very impressive, so I expect a small regression today, with the Rays trying to get to him early and often.
