    Cards Series Winners
Trying this for 1st time tonight.
Going to play Cards and Braves home series
If they lose double up on next home series.
    Cards -150 vs Braves

Tonight is a toss - up so if Cards win, I'm good. If they lose still not a lost bet.

Well. At least 1 thing went right for me.
Expecting good things today, but went 0-3 in mlb for 1st time this year. 5 game winning streak profits toast with yesterday and today's losses.

      Cards series price (-245)
      1 down...1 to go!
Hate paring this juice, but it is what it is for a reason.

Backed out of Braves series win, but if you keep playing them to win home series, will make a profit.
Likely going to play Tigers home series vs Rangers, but no way will I pay for odds worse than -220. Rangers somehow defy odds on the road...same with Orioles.

So far 2-0 on series winners.

This weekend will take a look at these:

        San Fran (vs Twinkies)
        Atlanta (vs Rocks)

The reason I like both of these is that Sunday's starters are to their advantage. MadBum for SF and Teheran for AtL.
Should be able to at least split first 2 games of series..awaiting price tomorrow late a.m.

          Taking Atlanta series (-190).
SF too steep for me at -225. Not too confident they even win Game 1.

A thought, maybe not a good one... if you like a team for a series win would it be effective to start a 3-game chase only needing one win instead of two to cash?

Maybe so, but with my luck I'd lose all 3...or stop trying after 2.
Going with this until I start losing and not being profitable.
I'm actually doing a semi - chase with Giants this series.

The teams I plan to play series with are those who have proven to win close to 65% of their home series...
              Cards, Braves, Tigers

I guess I'm chasing with the next series after they lose a series.
They rarely lose 2 home series in a row.

Fair enough, from a bankroll management perspective that makes sense.

Thanks for your suggestion though man!
Will chase Giants tomorrow if they lose tonight.
Got em at -1. Hope Timmy doesn't implode.

Looks like Bravos off to another good start to the series.
I think having these series plays for these 3-4 teams will pay off in the long run.
I have a tier system going for lines...
                  If after a winning series:
                  Tier 1: -120 to -150 (wager .75 units)
                  Tier 2: -155 to -195 (wager .6 units)
                  Tier 3: -200+ (no series...chase after Gm 1 loss)

                  If after series loss:
                  Tier 1: -120 to -150 (wager 1 - 1.25 units)
                  Tier 2: -155 to -195 (wager 1.25 - 1.75 units)
                  Tier 3: -200+ (wager 2 units)

                    3-0 so far.

Going with Cards -185 vs Yankees. I might not advise this, but it's a system I'm doing and am up $10.00, so laying $8.00 on this. If Cards lose series, go bigger next home series.

                    Chasing Braves today and tomorrow.
