5/7 Thursday - dogs will dominate tomorrow
small card of games, but tricky. Like a lot of dogs here, but tread carefully.

    Quick run through the games:

    SF +138 vs LAD

Vogelsong has been lights out lately and beckett is a -150 fav.. Beckett struggled last start but his first start vs the giants was 5 scoreless innings. UNDER might be the best play or slight play on SF

    MIA +137 vs SD

Marlins are 8-1 in the past 9 but IMO not a good bet on the road. Turner struggled in his past 2 starts, but his last start vs SD he pitched a complete 1-run game. Ian Kennedy has pitched well against the marlins as well in April.... this one is a pass, too many moving parts

    BAL +156 vs TB

Ubaldo pitched a gem last game and has favorable PVB stats vs the rays. David Price has been a gas can lately, allowing 7 dingers in his past 5 starts. We know how well the O's can hit the long ball, but they are in the bottom 5 vs left handed pitching. An added note is that the O's have hit extremely well indoors this year. A safe play would be +0.5 FF, back ubaldo here.

    KC +120 vs SEA

Mariners are one of the hottest teams in the league, but they're facing a LHP. Duffy although a small pvb sample size, not so good numbers. Iwakuma returns, his minors rehab he got hit up. Although he's a good bet at safeco, KC does not rely on the longball and they will hit endless doubles (leads the league in doubles vs RHP). Also allowing 4 runs vs the astros is not impressive. FF play here possibly.

EDIT: Iwakuma pitched 8 shutout innings last year vs the royals at home. will not make a play here

    ROCKIES +118 @ TEX

The Rockies have been hitting lights out. Can't back them here with Franklin Morales on the mound (Tex hit LHP well). Since returning from injury, Harrison has been hit hard. Different plays here, FF OVER or the Rockies team total (4.5 possibly here)... note that it is a getaway day, and the final game of the series, so the rockies may take it easy as they have failed to close out series earlier this year.
