If you think Tigers are gonna win their division and have the 1st or 2nd best record in AL, then get this future bet in now.

Detroit Tigers (WS Champs) +900

This team has a relatively weak schedule being in AL central. It's a small sample, but Tigers playing well on the road too, and thus should win about 95 games, likely giving them the #1 or #2 spot in the playoffs. If that's the case, then the price will drop by about half to +450.
I don't see any team in AL that is more complete than Tigers...only weakness once again the pen.

They will be determined to win the ALCS this year after coming so close last year.

If they make it to the WS, you will be in good shape and can hedge at start of series.

If Tigers suddenly play mediocre, they should at least make playoffs being the best in their division and +900 is still not bad.

I've lost some in there, but the price was right and much better than after the wager was placed.

Today's future play:
SF Giants (NL Champs) +430
Yeah, they have to contend with Dodgers, but they have proven they can beat them head to head. Kershaw and Greinke are tough cookies, but SF just humiliated Wainwright and Lynn.
They have best record in mlb, and they are the favorites of having the best record in NL which will be to their advantage.
This team knows how to win and have been to playoffs before with success.

You can always hedge after 1st round of playoffs if needed.
If this team continues to play like this, they should contend for World Series even. Strong strong bullpen will serve well in playoffs.
I see a light schedule this month after the Reds series in which their record should maintain solid...and line may head down from this point.
Worth 1.5 units to take a shot.

Well, my Giants futures bet not looking too hot.
I put in Oakland AL Champs +350 about 3 weeks ago...kind of a hedge in case Detroit +900 doesn't hit.

Thinking about 1 more futures bet, but needs to be +150 or better...maybe LAD or Nats to win NL?
Pretty sure Nats win their division.

Me...just pondering what futures I have and assessing their value now and their chances...Seeing if anyone has any other ideas...or to see if anyone listened to my Tigers WS futures bet I urged people to take.

That was my San Antonio Spurs equivalent bet.
