Mets +125 risking 1 units to win 1.25 units

Really love this play. We are getting a solid pitcher with good stuff (Niese) at home against a team that he has done well against in the past. The Mets are also playing to win the series as it is currently tied 1-1. Wacha is throwing for the Cards and he is a crowd favorite that everyone loves nowadays. Granted for good reason, he is on his way to being a stud, but that doesn't mean you can take him everytime he pitches. The Mets are 10-10 and that with Granderson absolutely stinking up the joint so if we can get any production out of him that will just be icing on the cake. I think this game should be +100 so getting the Mets for +125 is a no-brainer to me. BOL to you guys either way.

Posted this in my thread as well, but as with my NBA thread where I ended up going 13-6 in the NBA nobody checks out my thread until I start winning. Which is EXACTLY HOW IT SHOULD BE good job SBR. I am happy to see people don't just follow random idiots who come on here and just make up records and other BS and screw people out of their money by giving them terrible picks. Either way MLB is my best sport so here is to another successful season boys!

Wacha has had GREAT control all season and now in the 4th inning he gives up 2 walks and 1 actually forces in a run! And now he has been pulled. I wonder if Wacha is hurt or if they really just felt he needed to be pulled. Either way its a good sign hopefully things continue going well for the Mets.

The key to this play was that the cards are dead last in the MLB vs southpaws. good play, I was on the UNDER here

That game played out just how I thought it would. Two very legitimate pitchers going against eachother. 2 lineups who are in the bottom 25% of the league in Home Runs. Plus the weather was 23 MPH winds blowing straight toward the 1st base line which would kill any potential home runs so I knew it would be a lower scoring game and probably would stay close. And so the odds should have represented an even game but instead it was +125 for the Mets so it just should be obvious to grab that game. Hope everyone followed and for those who were on the Cards don't worry it is a LONG season. One game won't make or break your season. BOL to all and check out and contribute to my thread if you like to add write-ups and thoughts on games b/c that is how we can cover more games more in depth since we all know certain teams better than the rest of the country does due to geographic location and fan loyalties. Talk to you all tomorrow!
