Pitching changes

I wasn't sure which forum to put this in, but I'm working on a system and one of the parameters is pitching changes. Is there a site/place where I can find out when (time) a pitching change takes place?

You'd probably have to scrape a site with a ton of box scores. Sounds like a lot of work. Best of luck.

Don't have an active account at Bookmaker at the moment, but signed in there this morning and they list the pitching changes for the day and the time they happened. Just an FYI
