ya hes been struggling all season and his fastball is 3-5 mph slower than years past, honestly this line shocks me.....no love for scott carroll even though he pitched well against tampa in his first outing...+150 is a steal in my opinionComment -
Carroll is an interesting story. 29 yr old rook wins his MLB debut last week after battling a host of injuries, including elbow implosion leading to Tommy John. Minor league stats are sound, especially in 2014 before his major league debut. Not a strikeout dude though.
