How do you figure that? Goldshmidt has no protection in that lineup until now with Trumbo and has right around the same average....If Cargo was playing anywhere else besides Coors field he wouldn't sniff Goldshmidts numbers that he's thrown up in basically 2 1/2 years

Extrapolate cargos numbers over his last 4 yrs into 162 games per season, and he is well above goldschmidt last 2 seasons if you were to do the same for him.. And that's just talking power numbers, not even considering what else he brings to the table.

As if Chase Field isn't a great place to hit? Lol CarGo isn't just a five tool player, which is rare, but he has five PLUS tools. He's had some freaky injuries, but if he stays healthy he is a legit MVP candidate.

what power numbers are you referring to bro? 2500 ABs Cargo has 128 HRs...Goldshmidt has 68 in 1300...pretty even if you ask me....you can skew the stats and put them in your favor of the argument all you want

CARGO AND TULO are the two best players on any team in the MLB. The problem is health with both of them like you said, but if they stay healthy, definitely both of them are Top 7 Talent. But part of your talent, has to be staying healthy as well....
