Look awfully good and if the Yanks play them they are in trouble. A well managed and very solid team.
The Twins might win it all.

I don't think they have enough pitching to beat the Yankees JJ.
With Lirarino and Radke being out for the year, I think that will end up being there demise come playoff time.

Radke is supposed to throw Thursday, unless something changed overnight.
But even Radke won't be enough for them. Each Santana start is a must win or they are done.
Plus, if the Yanks get the best record and the Twins get the wild card. Wang will get both of his starts at home which is an amazingly huge advantage for a ground ball pitcher.

If the Twins get in to the 6th with the lead, it's hard to beat them, they have the best bullpen in baseball..

JJ,
I have been fairly impressed with Wang this year. His sinked induces quite a few double play balls. As the game goes on, he still can get out of jams as it seems as when his arm tires his sinker bank gets that much better.
Average hitting with the #2 and #3 batters in the batting average lead. Lead the league in runs, #2 in batting average. I would agree they are average in clutch hitting, although have not saw the clutch hitting index recently to confirm.
Rivera still is pretty decent also

good pitching always beats good hitting in the playoffs...
