For today I only like one play

Rangers -150 2 UNITS This is probably going to be another high scoring game, Burnett looked horrible all spring and I just don't think the Phillies old bats have enough in them to outscore the Rangers once again.

Early plays

- Royals +170 - With this line I think it's worth a shot. Vargas actually looked good in ST and I'm not convinced Scherzer will be able to repeat what he did last year and with the pressure he has after the leaked story of him rejecting a big Tigers deal. If it's tied the advantage goes to the KC bullpen. I'm just saying it's worth the gamble.

- Brewers -130 - I think the Brewers bats will come alive with Harang. Have my doubts about Garza but maybe he'll look good on his Brewers debut.

- A's -140 - Kazmir against his former team, I think the A's will win at least one game in the doubleheader and my guess is it will be this one.

I might have a play for the late games, depending how I do in the morning.

Reds -110 I like Homer Bailey a lot. Reds bats have to wake up sooner or later.

Royals +130 I've been riding the Royals this whole series (and losing with them) but once again I like them here. Ventura is one of their promising young arms, a hard thrower and after having a taste of the big leagues in September last year he should be ready to have a good rookie season.

Mets +100 I think this is going to be a great year for Zack Wheeler so you better take him at + money while you can.

Orioles +125 Both pitchers suck but the Yankee lineup has to be one of the most overrated things in MLB. The Orioles have pop on that lineup.

A's -155 2 UNIT Kazmir should be good to give us a good 6 innings then let the pen do the rest.

Like some dogs here

Twins +125 Pelfrey is usually very good for 5 innings, if somehow he can avoid his melt down in the 6th or the Twins have the balls to take him out we'll have a good chance. Twins trying to avoid the sweep on home opening series.

Pirates -125 This is probably going to be a low scoring game but I'll take the better pitcher and the better team in the rubber game.

Marlins +185 It's not that I like the Marlins that much, but with this line, against a less than 100% Strasburg that has looked bad in his first 2 starts, I can't help but pull the trigger. Marlins should've won yesterday and they'll try to avoid a sweep.
