trying to learn how to pick baseball
I'm usually in the football and basketball threads, but this is my 1st time in here. I'm gonna try and learn how to make decent baseball picks. Follow at your own risk and tread lightly.

    Seattle over 7

Baseball totals are probably the toughest to project out of baseball, football, and basketball. Pinch hitters, relief pitchers, double switches... they all can spoil what seems like a solid pick. Make sure you're paying attention to how teams hit starters as well as the bullpen. and of course know whether the game is being played in a pitchers/hitters park. good luck

Take a look at my thread. It has a very simple system that seems to work quite well. ( Let's beat the book )

Good shit. I wouldn't forget about the weather.

In addition to how it affects the physics of the baseball, I think there is weight to the idea that a pitcher will fair better on the mound in nice weather. A comfortable pitcher is a better pitcher.
