Skaggs is 3-0, has a .70 WHIP, and a .139 BA-A in 23 IP on the road......against Hou, Nats, and Toronto.....

Also, Sea wOBA AT HOME is only .285......and overall their bats are just terrible, barely beating out the cubs, padres, and braves in production.......
