The Royals loss last night, the Cubs loss this afternoon and this loss have just been absolutely excruciating to sit through. All by 1 run, all games that the team I backed just flushed chance after chance after chance down the toilet.

Tigers traditionally struggle mightily at Fenway, and Lester has pretty good numbers against them. You are right, though -- I think I'm 0 for the season betting against Detroit. They just keep finding ways to win despite their mediocre bullpen, which has to catch up to them at some point. Max is typically only a 6-7 inning pitcher, so I thought tonight it might cost them. Guess not.
