I really wanted to lay that but I waited until after the third inning and then decided to stay away. Early in this game it just felt like there was no way Detroit was going to win regardless of how many guys they got on base.

i hate the rockies with a passion...when the other team has a 7-zip lead...then it's safe for them to "strut their stuff" and, you know, score 3 or 4 runs...

but put 'em late in a tie game or trailing by 1 or 2 runs...won't even think of creating any offence...just apply more KY-jelly to make things a bit more comfy till the day's work is done

if you put the rockies in the CWS right now, i wouldn't bet on'em...
