So I was told, LA Dodgers are favored to win NL Pennant this year. It will be the same story as last year. A lot of hype going into the season, but ended up losing in the playoffs. Washington is the second favorite to win; gimme a break. When was the last time they won a playoff series? I see a lot of value in STL +498 for NL Pennant. Any thoughts?
