Whether its ESPN, Foxsports, or on the radio everyone saying Tigers will be playing to advance to the ALDS. I have even heard it where the name of the team their playing was not even mentioned. Seems like everyone expects them to advance tonight. They have been advertised as about to make their 3rd straight ALDS trip, and several people already talking about how good of a division series it is on each side with boston-detroit and St.Louis-L.A. Very curious to see what they will be talking about tomorrow if the A's pull off the upset tonight. Books have this game as pretty much a toss up but realistically Oakland advancing against Detroit here would be an upset to the majority.
