    A's 5th game failures, Hmm
For those that follow trends, I found the following on Freeplays Preview:

"Oakland will be trying to buck a trend of Game 5 failures on Thursday. The A's have lost all five Game 5s they have played in the ALDS and are a miserable 1-11 in potential clinching games since losing the World Series to the Cincinnati Reds back in 1990."

I am sure there can be plenty of debate on how this could possibly affect today's game, but, I did find it interesting info.

Interesting....but luckily for them, past performance isn't a good predictor of todays game......or you'd go all in on the Tigers eh.

        Mlb: 75-65-3 53.57 % $2,281.35

Going to make two small plays:

        Detroit -105 2U
        Under 6.5 2U

Verlander's experience and Scherzer coming out of the bullpen, should be pretty tough.
Detroit with enough bats to win 3 - 2.

          I don't understand how/why that applies to tonight's game.

Trends back to 1990 don't mean much to me unless it gives Detroit a confidence boost.

I side more with Verlander, Scherzer, and their bats.
