Some interesting stats Cardinals are 7-1 in elimination games, but the road team has won 11 of the last 14 NLDS game 5 meetings.
Doesn't relate to these teams individually per se, but I still can't bet against a championship pedigree team like the Cardinals @ home. If they lose tonight so be it. Just my humble opinion.
Cole relies on his fastball more than most pitchers, he has some good off-speed pitches- but if they aren't falling for strikes it will be a long day (or short) for this kid. Wainright has a cumulative ERA of 2.5 against the Pirates...Comment -
