If you wanna put lotion on to protect your skin, fine.
But a pitcher should NOT be allowed to touch his arm for substance/sweat/whatever while on the mound during an inning. Who's to say it's lotion?????? It could be anything.
I mean cmon, how ridiculous is it that this is being permitted right now??
