it's tempting to look at that line and the high ERA's of the pitchers and think, "this has got to go over" but then again do you trust the Astros and the Mariners offense to score enough runs? Peacock's ERA's for August (3.94) isn't bad and in his one start against the A's on the road this month he went 7IP, 2ER. That said, the Mariners have had success against Peacock, who's 1-2 with a 9.64 ERA against Seattle and it's not like Maurer is going to pitch a gem. You could always just root for the score to be 4-4 at some point in the game and hit the over.Comment
