Why is Boston +135ish???

Tampa has been horrible while Boston has been pretty good.

Boston is 8-2 last 10 while Tampa is 3-7.

Boston: C.Buchholz 1.71 ERA 9-0
Tampa: D Price 3.51 ERA 8-7

Am I missing something or do the books know something that I/we don't know.
