Anyways, juice is the amount of money the books makes on a game. The only way to know the juice is to know both sides of line, and then take the difference. That is the juice. So if the Cubs were +285 and the dodgers were -305, then the juice would be 20 points. Also called the "vig", or many times referred to as a "20 cent line." Many books often advertise "10 cents lines." In the case the line would be +285/-295.
