Can we pass up taking B Chen and KC at +168?

Couple things

KC and Det have played 10 times this year, KC is 6-4.
7/10 games were decided by 1 run
KC has seen Scherzer once this year, Det won 3-2
Det hasn't hasn't seen Chen this year
B Chen is 5-0 this year with a 1.62

I know Scherzer is a great it her but I think Chen has been pitching amazingly well this year, especially of late. If you only see the box scores, you're not seeing how good he's been.

Anyone have anything else?

I like KC today, also the under.

Hard to say. I do think KC can get to Mad Max, but Chen's always a crapshoot. Detroit has a penchant for struggling vs. soft-tossing lefties at times.

I think it's nice value but Chen doesn't get the run support he deserves, which is why he has less than a 1.00 ERA in his last 6 starts but has only two wins notched on his record to show for it. Couple that with the opposing starter being Scherzer, the Under 7.5 is the play.

Alright. I think if nothing else this is incredible value for both KC and Chen. Will probably lose 15-1 but its the same as losing 2-1 at least if its 15-1, my over cashes
