St.Louis had to call up Carlos Martinez from triple A to start tonight against the the Dodgers after Jake Westbrook had to go yesterday. Couple this with the fact that the Cardinals are a totally different team against lefties than righties. They hit lefties almost 40 points lower than righties and get on base almost 40 points less against lefties. They are hitting only .242 with an obp of just over .300. Ryu has given up over 3 earned runs only twice in his last 10 starts. I know it is very hard to take 3 of 4 from the Cardinals in St. Louis but I just think the Dodgers have been playing such great baseball and tonight they are in a great spot to do so. What does everyone else think?

I like LAD but i got burned in a similar situation when Andrew Albers on the Twins, pitched a shutout game in his first start against KC as a last second call up, 7-0 TWINS, big loss for me.
