This years Washington story is a little different.

I think last year they ended Strasburg's season early with the "expectation" that they would be back to take care of business this season. I've heard a lot of GM's around baseball are LOL at Washington GM Rizzo. He's seems prone to a lot of weird choices. Deciding not to ride Strasburg's arm further and throughout the post season may not have been the right choice.
