08/03/13 MLB INFO & PITCHERS RATINGS. 22nd rare play goes today
    15-11 after the All-Star break.

Divinations and relevations according to stats, what we know, and pure gut feeling. And pray for the bullpen.

    Mets (Hefner) 1st 5 innings
    Mets (Hefner)
    Reds (Cingrani)
    Padres (Ross)

Locking in Padres at +111 for now.

    Here is that rare algorithm:

    B Chen C-
    J Hefner A+

    A+ versus C- plays are 11-10 on the season; 12-4-5 for 1st 5 innings.

COOL COLORS = good and/or lucky ratings
WARM COLORS = bad and/or unlucky ratings

    Qualified plays are as follows:

    GREEN vs ORANGE
    BLUE vs RED

And sometimes a [blue] A+ rating vs ORANGE rating makes a solid play especially if its against the public perception.

That is why i also keep track of the consensus.

For example, John Lannan with a A+ rating may beat the Braves' Brandon Beachy today. Phillies may be worth a shot if they're a home dog. The problem is... the Braves are too hot right now.

In the case of the Mets against the Indians, o bigger on the 1st 5 innings because the ratings are for the starting pitching and doesn't account for what Parnell or the bullpen arms will do.

If the A+ vs C- plays for the 1st 5 innings get to 20 wins before the losses reach double-digits i will be highly elated.
