I really like Doubront's form at the moment and will be fading the Rays tonight. The lefty has been very solid for six straight starts now and hasnt allowed more than two earned runs in those starts. He completely shut out the Rays back on June 18th and I don't think a second go round look at Doubront will help Tampa, not the way Doubront has been pitching.
Conversely, I don't trust Price's form at the moment. Ever since he came off the strained tricep inury, he hasn't been the same. Sure, he had two quality starts but they were against bottom dwelling offenses with Houston and the White Sox. The Red Sox rocked him on May 15th and this team is dangerous when it gets a second peek at a pitcher.
I think the Sox will put another crooked number against Price tonight and will be pounding them for ten units.
