I dont know anything about Wolf..How good is this guy or why the Texans are favorite over the Os?

Texas was never favored after the pitching change, O's opened -130 (now -145). Wolf isn't a mystery, he has a 1.95 ERA in 27.2 innings overall and allowed one run on three hits in five innings in his only start, but he is nothing special with only six strikeouts vs. eight walks.Comment -
30 year old minor league journeyman with about 40 innings of ML experience and one MLB start... fastball tops out about 91 mph... probably twirl a two-hit shutout...
