No way in hell it is, I'd say still has over a 50% chance to hit. But they've also been playing the way teams do when they lose these games where the line is so suspect its "too good to be true".

I guess books take chances that middle of the road teams like TB will have an off day so they sucker you in on it. Some days it hits and it was cake, somedays they struggle to put the other team away and lose.
