Break up the Devil Rays! Yesterday's victory, their second in a row, brings the Rays to a profitable 33-30 (+9.5 net games) at home for the season.

Today's starter, Casey Fossum, has been a big part of that success. Tampa Bay has gone 9-4 (+7.7 net games) in Fossum's 13 home starts. During that stretch he has recorded a highly respectable 3.63 ERA and 1.268 WHIP. Kevin Millwood is certainly no slouch either.

The veteran right-hander has gone 8-2 with a 3.29 ERA and 1.169 WHIP on the road this season. Not surprisingly, eight of his last 10 road starts have dipped below the number. Additionally, yesterday's result brought the under to 7-2-1 the last 10 games in this series. Lets look for another well-pitched game this evening as the UNDER improves to 7-0 when the Rangers were road favorites in the -125 to -175 range

Fossum has been prone to giving it up lately, so if you trust Tampa's pen go ahead and bet the under.
