I create my own lines, I can´s say always ´cause in this businnes nothing is 100% sure but very often are pretty close to what books sell.

IMO barring a let down Locke will be that juice the rest of the season specially if Pirates continue to play as they have, unless he plays vs top flight aces there IMo lines would be pretty close.
