Watching this game -- Hamels just throwing BP. Not sure if he's masking an injury or what, but he looks completely finished.

What's the diff between him and Lee. They both soft throwers now. Why lee so effective?

I haven't seen Lee pitch much this year, but this is like the third time I've seen Hamels -- he is just awful now. His numbers don't lie.

Just a down yr for him.. He will be ok. He's a head case and always has been. Take a look back at 2009

So crazy story here NoCoin but I used to play against Hamels when I was on the Torrey Pines Varsity with coach Scoggins and Livingston 00' when he was playing with RB high, dude had a fastball in the mid-90s and was constantly being scouted during many of our games but I remember he broke his pitching arm and many teams including the San Diego Padres lost interest.

I'm amazed to see him in condition he's in this year (2-11), really thought he would have things together.
