KERSHAW -1.5 at home vs Lincecum and the Giants WORTHY OF A BIG PLAY???

I hate laying RL.. but honestly I don't see the Giants scoring in this contest.


And Lincecum should give up atleast 3 against this suddenly potent Dodgers line-up right?

I'd like to get some second opinions first.

kershaw doesnt always get a lot of run support so u never know with the RL....lincecum is a shell of his former self...u never know which timmy will show up...im assuming ur book doesnt offer lad -1?

yeah thats a good point. -1 is def the way to go. Last night when i looked at it they didn't have the -1 available

Roll your own -1RL if the book doesn't offer it, using the ML and the -1.5 RL. And you'll get a better number that way even if book does offer -1.

I don't think this is a good spot for a big play, the line seems spot on to me, which means that in the long run this is a losing proposition. Lincecum has been pitching somewhat solidly and has always pitched well in LA. The Giants have hit well this series, albeit some bad luck in the first game. Add to that the poor LA bullpen, stagnant line movement and it becomes a pass for me. I don't think LA -1 is a bad bet, good luck if you play it.

True. Back to the original topic. I would rather take -1.5 Giants for +265 than the Dodger RL. Neither of these teams are potent but when the Giants win, it seems like they win by a decent margin. Im always surprised that I don't see many 1 run wins but I might have not been paying close attention
