6/26 Toronto vs Tampa (Dickey vs Hernandez)

Thoughts on this game? Toronto finally cooled down and have taken a beating thus far in Tampa. The pitching matchup here is between a couple of guys having bad years. I figured Tampa to be the favorite in this one, but at my book, Toronto is currently a slight favorite. Gut is telling me to take Tampa, line is telling me to take Toronto. Will probably pass but wanted to hear some opinions on this game. Thanks in advance.
