      Kind of like the ov better I just HATE backing Timay on the road. On the flipside and the only thing giving me slight doubt is how terrible Pitt usually is at scoring runs. GL Patty!

            Actually its the opposite, pitchers have the advantage over batters when facing them the first time around. Many factors come into play: batters need to adjust to a pitchers speed, off-speed, and location, for any new pitcher this favors them considerably over a lineup, obviously it depends on what lineup they're facing. But stats and history show, pitchers are favored the first time around.

            GL Patty - I'm thinking of "live-betting" this game, I want to see what type command Lincecum has first. Leaning 'under' here too...

                Word on the street is the Freak might be back... Of course it's likely that no one will ever really believe that and he'll probably never be what he once was, but he has "looked improved" lately.


                (Optimistic, hopeful Giants fan here...)
