LAA v. Balt. Orioles 'Over' 9.
Been following this line since last night, wish I had grabbed it at 8.5 previously. But there is still value @ 9

-Freddy Garcia surprisingly held this lineup scoreless the last time they matched up in LA, that will not be the same this time around. The Angels are finally picking up some steam offensively - if anyone watched that series against Houston, they understand what I mean. Angels are averaging 5 runs on their recent road-stretch and had good number cumulatively prior to the matchup this year. I have a slight lean on the Angels here, but I cannot touch a team that lacks such fundamental baseball (moving runners, RISP), they do however hit HRs, and have considerable power in this park, same can be said for Baltimore - who are also averaging close 4.5 runs per game last 5 - which would be higher w/out that poor offensive display against TB's Hellickson.

-There is a strong wind blowing out in Baltimore, and Camden Yards, as we know -can be a great hitters park, especially in the summer months.

-Furthermore, in Weaver's last 3 starts @ Camden Yards, the total has gone 'over' every single matchup.

-Perhaps the only thing of concern is precipitation, it could rain in the later hours, but it is still quite humid, so there should be some good action on balls.

    Gl with your bets.

Well didnt seem like this game would go over- but at 4-2 might still be a cover- IFFF they finish, rain delay.
    Which seems unlikely.

In hindsight probably should have been wiser to just avoid this game entirely bc of weather.

Hopefully it gets postponed.. I'd rather get my stake back, I'm shocked we have 6 runs in already the way this game was going.

I figured there would be HRs, Trouts family is in attendence, Josh Hamilton had his 4hr game here, there just have not been enough men on base because of some GREAT defensive plays by the Orioles. Two solos.. There is definitely still a chance, with that said the field looked thrashed and there was lightning Im surprised they didnt call it earlier.

it's not my intention to be a dick, but Josh is a mere shell of a player that he was when he hit his 4 homers, and Trout's family being in attendence doesn't make him hit the ball any harder, having said that, I don't see this game going nine innings.

No offense taken, I did have an original write-up I was drawing from, I just like to check the success certain players have in particular yards. I often find those trends overlap, and with that said both have HRs again.

It doesnt seem likely that the game will go 9, they did just come on the radio and say the weather is improving.

And trust me I agree with you about Josh.

They did resume play at 11pm eastern time. If I'm not mistaken this is the same ump that allowed the KC v. STL game play despite 3-4 hour of delays (Joe West ). So this should be played I imagine at this point, lets pray for a winner, lol.

I would have rather stuck needles in my eyes than have to waited 3 hours for the conclusion of that game, to see Pujols come up with the bases loaded, tying run on third, one out, and strike out on 3 pitches, followed by Trumbo hitting into a force play was interesting to say the least.

But I'll take that for what it was, a loss.

5-1-0 on posted total plays so far.

                  more to come.
