WHO IS Jose Alvarez?

Anyone have any info on this kid? First MLB start and is favored -130. Anyone knows what he brings to the rubber?

In 12 starts at Toledo, Alvarez is 5-4 with a 76:15 strikeout-to-walk ratio. He leads the International League with 76 strikeouts and is second with a 2.42 ERA.
He spent the past three seasons in the Miami Marlins organization after being dealt by the Red Sox as part of the trade that sent Jeremy Hermida to Boston in 2009.
A two-time winner of the best changeup in the Marlins' farm system, Alvarez is 52-42 with a 3.51 ERA in 166 minor league games.
